What some of the MSLF parents and teachers who joined us for the past lectures had to say about the experience:

‘The facilitator is amazing! He believes that books are vertical and shares so many layers of the text – it expands the book and takes the discussion to a unique level of engagement.’

‘Participating in the discussion was enlightening because it allowed me to think at a level and in a way that my (current) day-to-day life doesn’t accommodate. Since the meeting I have thought often of its contents. Subsequently, I now recognize the need to carve out more time to think like that; it’s good for the mind…and the soul.’

‘Thanks again for this fantastic book group. I so thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and interpretation! Wow! I can’t stop thinking about it.’

Age 6 and age 12 in Montessori are referred to as the capstone years. During these years children really dive into big work and develop their self-confidence.
