Tami Levandowski

Tami grew up in Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and worked in both a local public school and the Montessori School of Cheyenne, in Cheyenne, WY. She came to MSLF in 1996 and worked as an assistant for two years.

After observing how independent and confident the children were, she decided she wanted to become a Montessori teacher. She completed her Primary Montessori training at Midwest Montessori Teacher Training Center in Evanston in 1999. Tami believes strongly in the Montessori philosophy and strives to help her students become independent, responsible, confident children who love to learn.

Tami’s son Griffin joined the Toddler community in summer 2015 and is currently enrolled in the Primary program.
