Calling All MSLF Alumni!
Aug 07, 2017

A message from Executive Director, Ann Jordahl:

Hi Everybody!

I’m looking to get first-hand testimonials on the impact of a Montessori education in your lives.  I am looking for “video” shorts (from your phone!), of you answering the questions below.  I’ll use these to show parents and prospective parents, probably on the school’s website and in a short video to show at back to school nights.  I hope you are up for doing this, because you are the best evidence there is for the value of a Montessori education!

  • If you can/will do this, please send to me by August 21, 2017, for use this fall. (If you send it later, I’ll happily use it for other things!)
  • You can send it in several files if that’s easier, since we’ll be slicing and combining what you send.
  • Please either set your phone up on a tripod and talk to it, or have a friend with a steady hand do the filming.
  • Go ahead and share this with other MSLF alums!

Thanks so much, let me know how you are doing, and best wishes to all of you!
Ann

  • What is your name and when did you attend MSLF?
  • What did you do next and what are you doing now?
  • What is one of your most meaningful Montessori memories?
  • What will be the impact of your Montessori education?
  • What would you say about Montessori to the parents of younger children?

Age 6 and age 12 in Montessori are referred to as the capstone years. During these years children really dive into big work and develop their self-confidence.
