Anthropic co-founder Benjamin Mann on why he chose Montessori for his daughter

During a recent interview on Lenny Rachitsky's podcast (https://www.lennysnewsletter.com/podcast), Anthropic co-founder Benjamin Mann shared why he chose Montessori for his daughter:
"If this were 10-20 years ago, I'd be lining her up for top-tier schools and extracurriculars. But at this point, I don't think any of it's gonna matter. Our three-year-old goes to a Montessori school, and I just love the focus on curiosity, and creativity, and self-led learning that Montessori has. That's exactly the kind of education that I think is most important. Learning facts is gonna fade into the background."
